Now imagine leaving your job for the day and coming home to one. That’s exactly what at least 170,000 residents do in Hong Kong.
Known as “coffin, “cage” or “cubicle” flats, these tiny spaces are created from subdivided rental units and house those who are unable to afford the crowded city’s sky-high rents.
